- Photograph of H. H. West's Buick parked on the road alongside the Deschutes River. The dirt road stretches across the width of the foreground and extends towards the right on an upward angle. In the near distance, near the right edge of the frame, H. H. West's Buick is parked. It is viewed at an angle from the back. To the left side of the road, the Deschutes River and riverbed stretches through the valley from left and recedes towards the horizon at right. A mountainside rises in the distance at left.
