Lola Bidwell was the cousin of H. H. West's first wife, Mary West. Elizabeth West (Elizabeth West Siemsen) was H. H. West's daughter.
Lola Bidwell stands next to Elizabeth West who rides in a stroller. She wears a white dress and a large, white hat. They are on a wooden walkway that stretches in front of the West's cottage. The cottage has a porch and large windows at the front. There is sand on either side of the wooden walkway.
