- Text from negative sleeve: 1216. Santa Ana, California, 1937. The Santa Ana Gun Club house about 10 miles south of Santa Ana. Last Sunday February 21, 1943, Wayne West drove up from Laguna Beach to Santa Ana over a new road and this road out straight across the old gun club grounds. Very little water in the old place now, and the grounds are practically dry, with autos traveling thru all the time. Gone is the hunting, the ducks, and the shooters. 1 film.
