Notes
- Description
- Photograph, from left to right, of H. H. West and Bim Smith posing with their rifles in front of the side of a barn in Pomona. H. H. West stands, left-of-center, with one leg propped up on a crate and the opposite hand to his hip. He holds a rifle against his propped up leg and gazes off towards the right. Bim Smith sits on a stool at right. A gun rests across his lap. He faces forward but his eyes are shut. A dog sits on the ground between his feet. Another dog (partial view) walks out of frame at the lower left corner. The two men pose in front of the side of a whitewashed barn. An animal pelt hangs behind each of them. What looks to be horse riding gear hangs from the barn behind and between them.
