- A blurry photograph of a boy fetching water from a water spigot at the Southern Pacific Railroad's wharf in San Pedro. He stands out-of-focus left-of-center. He is barefoot and wears an apron down to his feet. He lifts up a bucket of water with both hands. To his right, a water spigot stands next to a large doorway. The doorway is at left and behind the boy. Crates sit stacked beyond the doorway. The shadow of someone wearing a hat is cast on the bottom edge of the image at center. Crates stand stacked along the right edge of the photograph.
