- Photograph of an unidentified boy sitting in a small, rowed barge and escorting about a couple score of ducks killed on a duck shoot by H. H. West and company at the Otay Reservoir. The shoreline of Lower Otay Lake stretches from the lower left corner up to the right. The boy sits at left towards the back of the small barge that is partially ashore. The ducks lie in rows in front of him at center. Oars are affixed to the barge on either side of the boat. Another boat is partially ashore on the right. The lake expands into the distance and hills rise the background.
