The house is on the left and the shop extends behind it to the right. A garage is next to the shop on the right. A sign that reads, "C. N. WELLS GENERAL CONTRACTOR DESIGN & ESTIMATES MILLWORK", is on the side of the house on the left. A sign atop the workshop reads, "LIGHT MILLWORK". A car is parked in front of the workshop and house. Another car (partial view) is jutting out of the garage on the right.
