Walter and Jane Emerson have been married since 1922, separated since December 16, 1934. They have three sons. Mr. Emerson ascertains that Mrs. Emerson and Barton Sewell have been secretly seeing each other. However, Walter Emerson had also been seeing Leah Clampitt Sewell.
