The sisters sit beside each other as Phyllis cradles the headless doll in her arms and older sister Jean places an arm around her sister.
During an attempted kidnapping in the middle of the night sisters Phyllis and Jean were unharmed, but Phyllis' doll's head was smashed by an automobile. Fortunately doll surgeon Don DaCosta stepped in to repair the doll for the girl in time for Christmas.
