Text from newspaper caption: Marino assertedly [sic] told his customers that races in which these jockeys rode were fixed. The jockeys, left to right, Charles Stevenson, George Burns, Albert Gunari and Floyd McCormick, testified they never rode a fixed race in their lives and denied they knew Marino. They are riding at Santa Anita.
