Attorney (Kemp Partridge + Kemp). Lost to Burton Fitts for DA job. Appointed Deputy City Atty in 1935. Died in 1937. Member of many LA org/clubs, incl. Minutemen. Oct '33 accused + acquitted of intoxication. Box 24.
