Roast leg of lamb (?) decorated in a star-shaped pattern with capers and other ingredients, and with a paper frill (or paper cuff) on the bone. It is resting on a platter garnished with citrus slices and greens. Photo has crop marks (also known as trim marks) to show a printer how to crop the photo.
