Text from newspaper caption: Here is S. T. S. Doncyson as he was in his glory as a juvenile star in “The Drunkard” in 1871 and as he appears now as a business man in Montebello. Doncyson was 4 years of age as he posed for the photo on the left. He quit the stage when he was 10 after he had his curls cut off.
