Description

Out of door Chief Fuller stands at a table with Miss Wright. The table holds a stack of large volumes with the title "Freedom" displayed on the spine of one. The top book is open and Fuller gestures to a section on the page.
Chief Fuller served as owner, publisher, editor, and business manager of these historic periodicals for six years that delivered six pages of published material seven days a week. The paper chronicles Filipino events such as American missionary work, rehabilitation of Philippines natives and the establishment of an education system.
