Text from newspaper caption: On the beach are Misses Betty Wood, Susan Carpenter, Helen James and Dorothy Sanders, members of the newly-organized juniors of the California Music Club. They assisted Mrs. Florence Howard Davis at a Grand Hotel party in Santa Monica yesterday when proceeds went to buy prizes for winners in the 1936 Southern California Music and Arts Festival.
