In a reorganization, Orfa Jean Shontz of the Board of Equalizationi dismissed Bert Massey as Chief Liquor Control Officer, along with his assistant Dan R. Hudelson. Lloyd Yarrow was appointed as Massey's successor with Robert Brown as his assistant.
