Count Von Moltke sits at a table, another man sitting beside him partially out of frame.
Von Moltke was brought to Los Angeles from Huntington, West Virginia, on counts of forgery. His wife is hitchhiking from Huntington to be with him. In 1931 Von Moltke was serving a 1-15 year sentence for burglary which he was paroled from last December.
