Jess Hession and Judge Dehy worked on the Watterson brothers embezzlement case before Dehy disqualified himself. Wilfred W. Watterson and Mark Q. Watterson, members of the Owens Valley Irrigation District board of directors, were charged with 34 counts of embezzlement.
