On the property of the original Mexican land grant of Rancho Santa Paula y Saticoy. The ranch was purchaseed by Edmund C. Converse, Jr. in 1908.
Car parked next to structure on ranch. Possibly inherited from father as well.
Edward C. Converse (aka Edmund C. Converse, Jr.) is one of three heirs to a fortune of more than $100,000,000 from his father's death.
