Mihran Studio, 2-story building with tile roof, window awnings, and wraparound balcony, with succulent garden with rock wall in foreground, man walking on sidewalk, mountains in background. Business signs read: Adobe Tea Shop, C.M. McDaniel, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Agent, Commercial Insurance Company of California, Santa Barbara Securities Company. Location is 17-21 East Carrillo Street.
Part of the El Pueblo Viejo Landmark District in Santa Barbara, the Mihran Building housed a pottery shop in 1924, and is considered a textbook example of the Monterey Colonial Style. It was designed as a two story structure, with a cantilevered porch that wrapped round two sides of the building.
