Text from newspaper caption: Harbor Debs to Compliment Junior Officers. Debutantes of the harbor district met Tuesday at the Frank Vanderlip ranch in Palos Verdes to plan a dancing and swimming party complimenting junior officers of the Army and Navy September 12, at the Villa Palos Verdes Cabana in Abalone Cove.
