Date range derived from a second negative sleeve housing visually and thematically similar images. The sleeve is an envelope post marked "Apr 25, 1937". In addition, both sleeves contained photographs of a newly built Santa Monica High School structure. One photograph is of a campus construction site. The photograph documents post-earthquake reconstruction that fell under the Works Project Administration (WPA). The project was completed in 1939.
