Notes
- Description
- Men in matador costumes reenact a bullfighting scene at the annual Spanish Fiesta. The stage is a mock courtyard complete with fountain. The audience watches from stadium seats and from the platform stage behind the performers where there is a two-story replica of a Spanish-style residence. As three others look on, one matador kneels with back turned away from the bull (two people in costume). The words, “Viva La Fiesta” are posted at the platform base. Spanish Fiesta, held at Santa Monica High School Greek Theatre.
