Mrs. Lee Banning Morris worked in advertising at Los Angeles Advertising Women, Inc. She also volunteered at several L.A. County hospitals, including the V.A. hospital. She helped to recruit Liberace to perform at these hospitals for patients. Don Shaw was a musician who played in different bands in the Los Angeles area, including "The Don Shaw Trio," and "Don Shaw and The Ranch Hands."
This image is of a program for the production "Liliane". Pictured on it are Lee Banning Morris and Don Shaw. The program reads: "Romantic Ballad, Lyrics by Lee Banning; Music by Don Shaw, 'Lee Banning and Don Shaw have a terriffic song in 'Liane'...it drew sensational applause when played and sung on the City of Hope Telethon.' From Barney Glazer's syndicate column."
