Mrs. Glaum was an actress, drama teacher and director, who was active in the Los Angeles area for over 60 years. Originally known as one of the first "vamp" actresses, she later opened several theaters in Los Angeles and an acting school.
This image is of Louise Glaum during the production of "O.K. By Me", wearing a dark dress with a light collar, pearls, and a hat with a veil. In her hands she holds a booklet, likely a script or program. On her arm is a purse.
