From left to right, Kenneth G. Ormiston, Detective Charles Reimer, and Detective Ben Cohn seated around a radio on a table. Ormiston's arm is resting on the radio. Cohn is holding papers and a cigar. In the background is a Southern Pacific Lines calendar on the page for January 1927. This photograph was taken at the Los Angeles District Attorney's office on January 10, 1927 when Reimer and Cohn returned Ormiston's radio to him. It had been seized by the state when Ormiston was accused of conspiracy to obstruct and pervert justice in relation to the Aimee Semple McPherson case.
