Gordon Northcott (middle) smiling with hand clasped with Undersherrif Rayburn (left) and Deputy Brown (right) holding onto him. They appear to be standing in front of a fence at the Northcott Residence.
Northcott was later tried and convicted for the serial murders of young boys in the riverside county area. His mother, Sarah Louisa Northcott, was also imprisoned for assisting him.
