It was ruled by the court that the death of Ikichi Sato, 49-year-old gardener, was the result of crashing his motorcycle on Windsor Boulevard, after he had been chased by Tippie (Tiger) the collie, who is being taken care of by Henry Bellows at 502 South Windsor Boulevard.
Tiger rests her paws on the judge's stand from her seat in the witness' chair. Coroner Nance strokes her head while Henry Bellows keeps one hand on the dog's back.
