Photograph appears with the article, "Harbor Boulevard and Buaro Bridge Dedicated," Los Angeles Times, 16 Oct 1934: 9.
Harbor Boulevard is the newest addition to the State's highway system.
Stanton holds the ribbon with his left hand and the scissors with his right. Jewel and Mary Jean stand on either side of him, also holding the ribbon, while Mitchell and Jeffrey stand on either side of the women, both men holding bottles tied with ribbons.
