Dozens of supply crates sit stacked on the ground in the near distance at center and right. Behind them, a temporary housing structure is under construction. It is viewed at an angle and faces left. Several men work to support a facade on the near end of the building, left-of-center. The structure lacks a roof. Along the right side of the building, one man stands and looks towards the right and another one behind him works on the building. A few men are visible standing inside the structure. Mountains rise across the background.
