The theme of the 1935 forty-sixth annual Rose Parade was "Golden Legends."
In a floral garden, the Chinese moon gate is rendered as a bamboo gate within a floral arch with Helen Anthony in a Chinese headdress, silk jacket and trousers standing beneath the arch and Charlotte Havlu in a Chinese robe seated on the steps. The float was entered by the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. - Caption
