Winner of the Rose Parade sweepstakes, the float was inspired after a lyre and designed by Mrs. D. R. Coleman. A floral peacock leads the float, 3 young women are seated beneath a canopy at the end of the float and 2 costumed outwalkers are visible. The float was entered by the city of San Marino.
The theme of the 1932 forty-third annual Rose Parade was "Nations & Games in Flowers," looking forward to the 1932 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles - Caption
