Adrian (Adolph Greenberg), an American costume designer during the 1930s and 1940s, designed costumes for over 250 films. In the 1940's he became a fashion designer as well.

Peggy Hamilton modeling a short dark dress with a train. The back and front of the bodice have triangular pieces of sheer net fabric embellished with metallic embroidery.
