Notes
- Description
- Mrs. James K. Lytle, president of the California Congress of Parents and Teachers, acting as chairman during a discussion between delegates from nine different women's organizations. The main topic of conversation was marijuana use in high schools. The women concluded that the problem had been "exaggerated and overpublicized." This was supported by Mrs. Lytle's report that a survey of the schools indicated no trace of its use by students.
