In 2002 the Los Angeles County Central Courthouse was renamed Stanley Mosk Courthouse in memory of Supreme Court Justice Stanley Mosk.
ANSWER: Shown in the photo is a corner of the rapidly rising steel framework for the new County Courthouse at 1st and Hill Sts. And for which a portion of Bunker Hill was torn away. This was too easy. Because surely you spotted the Law Building and the Hall of Records in the background.
