- DAILY HIKE-Blind children at Camp Bloomfield in the Malibu Mountains start on a march about the camp. The facility is operated by the Foundation for the Junior Blind, 4005 Wilshire Blvd. It opened June 21 and will continue through Aug. 31. It is the only summer camp for blind children in the Southwest.
