Illustration on one side of the card is a color portrait of two young girls standing in front of a background of trees and grass. The older of the two is on the left with her left arm around the shoulders of the younger girl. Both are dressed in white fancy dresses, trimmed with eyelet lace. Each wears a large straw bonnet adorned with a large bow, one with red and one with blue. Their shoes are black high-top buttoned boots. Text on the other side of the card describes three medications that are effective for treating diseases and conditions affecting women.

Lydia E. Pinkham's Vegetable Compound is a positive cure for all those painful complaints and weaknesses so common to our best female population. It removes faintness, flatulency, destroys all craving for stimulants, and relieves weakness of the stomach.
