(1) The alternative title refers to that typewritten on the ledger's cover. (2) No typographical seal. (3) There are manuscript notes on the back of the cover. (4) After the coversheet, pages 1-18 had been put together with a contemporaneous clip. (5) Two loose sheets with arithmetic operations were originally put on the cover page. (6) A note under the letterhead of "José Levy" was originally put between pages 4 (Chiqueirão) and 5 (Porcos de ceva).
