(1) O título alternativo refere-se àquele manuscrito na lombada do livro. (2) Sem selo da tipografia de origem. (3) O valor “20$” foi manuscrito na folha de rosto e possivelmente refere-se ao preço do livro. (4) No verso da folha de rosto há notas manuscritas sobre a contratação e condições de trabalho de dois administradores da fazenda Iracema: Sr. Joaquim de Castro e Sr. Candido Prado. (5) Na folha de rosto foram coladas 3 folhas extras com a distribuição dos cafezais por família em 1932-1933 (e possivelmente em outros anos, mas sem menção explícita). (6) 3 contas médicas de 1920 foram originalmente colocadas nas páginas 98-99; duas referem-se a consultas do Dr. Sebastião de Barros na fazenda Ibicaba; a terceira é do Dr. Alcides Prado. (7) páginas 158 e 252 contêm informações sobre rendas da fazenda Iracema para abril-novembro de 1931 e novembro-março de 1932 (possivelmente em ordem cronológica).

(3) The value “20$” was handwritten on the coversheet and possibly refers to the price of the ledger. (4) There are handwritten notes about the hiring and labor conditions of two administrators of the Iracema farm on the back of the coversheet, namely Mr. Joaquim de Castro and Mr. Candido Prado. (5) Three extra sheets were glued to the coversheet and contain the distribution of coffee trees per household in 1932-1933 (possibly for other years as well, but without explicit identification). (6) 3 medical bills from 1920 were originally put between pages 98-99; two of them are from medical consultations of Dr. Sebastião de Barros in the Ibicaba farm; the third is from Dr. Alcides Prado. (7) Pages 158 and 252 contain data on revenues from Iracema farm in April-November 1931 and November-March 1932 (possibly in chronological order).
