Anna Bell Hogg was a founding member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority chapter in San Francisco. She was active in civic organizing and was involved in several social functions, and events. She taught elementary school in the San Francisco School District for 32 years. Her husband was Richard H. Hogg.
Lillian Nixon was a member of the Delta Sigma Theta’s San Francisco chapter, and a charter member of the San Francisco based Links Incorporated.
Bernice Johns was an active San Francisco socialite, and a member of the Delta Sigma Theta’s San Francisco Chapter.
Ostenia Fleming was a civic leader and active socialite. She was a member of the “Women with a Purpose" organization.
Catherine Alexander was a socialite, avid bowler, and member of the San Francisco chapter of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She organized fundraiser events for various charitable organizations.
Imogene Singleton was one of the charter members of the San Francisco Alumnae Chapter of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
Dorothy Brown was a member of the Delta Sigma Theta’s San Francisco chapter. She organized and promoted several events to raise money for various causes. A school in San Francisco was named after her.
