(3) Originalmente uma caderneta de colono, as 15 primeiras páginas deste livro trazem informações legais impressas oficialmente pelo governo brasileiro a trabalhadores agrícolas: Decreto No. 6437 de 27 de março de 1907; Regulamento das leis No. 1150 de 5 de janeiro de 1904 e No. 1607 de 29 de dezembro de 1906; Lei No. 1299-A de 27 de dezembro de 1911 do Patronato Agrícola; e um contrato de trabalho agrícola padrão, com possibilidades de ajustes privados. (4) No verso da capa e da contracapa há anotações a lápis sobre a entrega de produtos da olaria.

(3) Originally a “caderneta de colono”, i.e. laborer’s booklet, the first 15 pages of this ledger contain legal information officially printed by the Brazilian government for agricultural laborers: Decree No. 6437 from March 27, 1907; Regulatory mark of Laws No. 1150 from January 5, 1904, and of No. 1607 from December 29, 1906; Law No. 1299-A from December 27, 1911, “Patronato Agrícola”; and a standard contract for agricultural labor allowing for private adjustments.
