Livro Caixa da fazenda São Francisco com especificação de mês, dia, transação realizada e valor monetário a débito ou crédito da fazenda entre março de 1929 e janeiro de 1938. O livro inclui dados detalhados sobre pagamentos a trabalhadores.

(1) Incomplete ledger: sheet 86 was pulled out in the original. (2) The alternative title refers to that handwritten on the ledger’s cover. (3) No typographical seal, but with the value “11$” handwritten on the coversheet, probably referring to price of the ledger. (4) 14 typewritten loose sheets were originally put on the back cover and contain summaries of payments to colonists, workers per piece rate or time (“camaradas”), and other laborers in 1929, 1930, 1936, and 1937; one of these documents contains detailed statistics on coffee production by the colonists in 1937, indicating value, weight harvested in “alqueires”, days worked and account balance.

(4) 14 folhas avulsas, datilografadas, foram originalmente colocadas junto à contracapa e referem-se a resumos de pagamento a colonos, camaradas e outros trabalhadores em 1929, 1930, 1936 e 1937; um deles contém estatísticas detalhadas sobre a produção de café dos colonos em 1937, com especificação do valor, alqueires colhidos, diárias trabalhadas e saldo.
