(4) Uma folha datilografada com dados dos cafezais entregues aos trabalhadores (1929-1930) foi colada à folha de abertura. (5) O livro inclui um índice nominal; suas 62 páginas e capas não foram computadas no total de páginas deste metadado. O índice não pertence a este livro, conforme demonstrado por seu título (“Conta Corrente No. 2”, manuscrito três vezes na capa) e pela falta de correspondência entre suas entradas e as páginas do livro de contabilidade; ainda assim, os organizadores mantiveram o índice junto ao livro de contabilidade por ser esta a disposição material originalmente encontrada no arquivo.

(4) A typewritten sheet with data on the coffee trees cultivated by the workers (1929-1930) is glued to the opening sheet. (5) The ledger includes a nominal index; its 62 pages and covers were not added to the total number of pages of this metadata. This index does not belong to this ledger, as shown by its title (“Conta Corrente No. 2”, handwritten thrice on the cover) and by the lack of correspondence between its entries and the actual pages in the ledger; nonetheless, the organizers kept them together, as this was the disposition originally found in the archive.
