MAKES COMEBACK-Ed Koda, only surviving son of late rice king Keisaburo Koda, stands before one of family rice fields regained since World War II when Kodas were evacuated and vast properties confiscated. Under laws, Kodas filed claims for $2.4 million, have been paid about 15 cents on the dollar.
