Postmaster Mary Briggs, custodian of new Federal Building, yesterday announced that postoffice section of structure will open Jan. 23. Other sections of building, including courtrooms, offices of United States Attorney and Marshal, will be in use in six or seven weeks.
Stuhr stands in the middle of the up escalator with one hand gripping the rail and the other on his hip.
