Photograph of officials, police officers and members of the Native Sons of the Golden West dressed in as cowboys on the steps of the new City Hall on 1st and Spring St. at the cornerstone laying ceremony. A Baldwin grand piano is on the stage. Gov. C. C. Young came down from Sacramento to participate in the laying of the cornerstone with Mayor George E. Cryer.
